about

19th studio album from ATHAK including the complete version of Stabat Mater (the suffering of the Mother at the execution of the Son) in five parts. The album includes two track released previously in ATHAK I and III which have been re-recorded along with the remaining of the Stabat Mater story, including an homage piece to Marin Marais. This album has been recording with the same prog oriented drum kit as Envy, which brings a deeper rock sound to the opus, along with the first appearance of fretless bass play . 瘟疫 from DrK & The Gore Cession is a guest vocal on most tracks.
